Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services.

• Develop and maintain client relationships through regular meetings, calls, and emails.

• Understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet them.

• Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.

• Create and manage sales pipelines and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Work with the marketing team to ensure consistent lead generation.

• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to generate leads.

• Maintain CRM systems to manage client data and interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
