Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services.
Develop and maintain client relationships through regular meetings, calls, and emails.
Research organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets.
Understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet them.
Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
Develop and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients.
Create and manage sales pipelines and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Work with the marketing team to ensure consistent lead generation.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to generate leads.
Maintain CRM systems to manage client data and interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
