Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and presentable Female Sales Executive to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about client engagement, have excellent communication skills, and be capable of driving growth across our diverse service lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients across infrastructure, construction, and design sectors.

• Present company capabilities confidently to architects, developers, consultants, and decision-makers.

• Manage client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups independently.

• Coordinate with internal teams for proposal submission, pricing, and solution presentations.

• Build long-term relationships with clients and track potential project opportunities.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and client feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA / BBM / BHM graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must own a Scooty / Two-wheeler for local travel.

• Highly presentable with a professional demeanor.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales / BD (preferred but not mandatory).

• Comfortable with field visits and interacting with clients at various levels.

• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
