We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team at Accuwisetech. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT sales, client acquisition, and business growth strategies. This role demands excellent communication skills, proactive lead generation, and the ability to close deals effectively.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (calls, emails, networking, social media, etc.).
Cold Calling, Reporting, Closing, Follow-up.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to provide tailored solutions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Prepare and deliver effective presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to convert them into long-term business relationships.
Keep updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
1–4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in IT or related services).
Strong knowledge of IT sales, digital solutions, and business development strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in approach.
