We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to help expand our customer base in the field of customs clearance, import/export, and logistics solutions. This role requires understanding client needs, building relationships, and promoting our CHA services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients (importers/exporters, manufacturers, traders)

• Understand client requirements related to customs clearance and logistics

• Promote our CHA, freight forwarding, and allied services

• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business

• Follow up on leads, make cold calls, and schedule meetings

• Prepare proposals and coordinate with operations for smooth service delivery

• Track and report sales performance weekly

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customs clearance

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of shipping terms like FOB, CIF, HS Code, etc.

• Self-motivated and result-oriented

• Fluent in English and local language

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email, CRM)

Preferred:

• Existing client network in logistics or international trade

• Experience in B2B sales or industrial sales

• Knowledge of CHA processes, Icegate, and DGFT
