About the Role:

We’re looking for a field-based Business Development Executive in Gurgaon to onboard property owners, manage client visits, and drive new business opportunities. Candidates must be based in or near Gurgaon and own a two-wheeler.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our Gurgaon operations. This is a field-intensive role involving client visits, onboarding property owners, and identifying new business opportunities in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Meet property owners and prospective clients to pitch company services

Conduct site visits, collect property details, and explain our offerings

Build and maintain relationships with local partners and real estate stakeholders

Follow up on leads, cold-call prospects, and close new deals

Coordinate with internal teams for property onboarding and support

Maintain regular field reports and client updates

Requirements

Must be based in or near Gurgaon

Graduate in any discipline

Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in sales/fieldwork (Real estate experience preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Hindi and basic English

Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license

Familiarity with Google Maps, WhatsApp, and basic smartphone apps

Willingness to work on the field
