Printo is looking for a proactive and persuasive Senior Business Development Executive to convert inbound and field-generated leads into qualified sales meetings. This is a high-impact role focused on engaging Founders, HR, Admin, Procurement/Marketing stakeholders from SME, startups and corporate businesses.
This is not a closing role – your goal is to generate interest, qualify the lead and schedule meetings, enabling the next stage of the sales process.
Call and qualify leads collected by the field interns and inbound sources.
Identify and reach the right stakeholders (Founder/HR/Admin/Procurement/Marketing).
Build quick rapport, deliver a tailored pitch, and generate interest in Printo's offerings.
Schedule and coordinate meetings for our Business Managers with potential clients.
Follow up through emails, LinkedIn messages, or WhatsApp as needed to secure interest.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and status updates using CRM tools.
Meet weekly/monthly targets for qualified meetings and handoffs.
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-calling, lead generation, or B2B outreach.
Proven ability to build rapport and navigate decision-making hierarchies.
Strong communication and persuasion skills over phone, email and LinkedIn.
Comfortable speaking with mid-to-senior professionals across industries.
Experience dealing with HR/Admin/Marketing/Procurement personas is a strong plus.
