Work Timings: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM - 7 PM
We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to generate new business, onboard clients, and drive revenue growth in the influencer marketing and e-commerce space. The role involves hardcore cold calling, lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals while building relationships with brands, vendors, and influencers.
The ideal candidate must be proactive, persistent, and excellent at communication to convert prospects into paying clients and contribute to the company’s sales targets.
Make 100+ outbound calls daily to potential clients, influencers, and vendors.
Identify brands interested in influencer marketing and e-commerce partnerships.
Pitch company services convincingly and generate sales leads.
Follow up aggressively on leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Handle objections professionally and negotiate terms to close deals.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through consistent efforts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, vendors, and influencers.
Understand client needs and customize solutions accordingly.
Ensure smooth onboarding and seamless coordination post-sales.
Maintain a structured sales pipeline and update CRM or Google Sheets.
Provide daily and weekly reports on leads, conversions, and revenue growth.
Analyze sales performance and optimize strategies for better results.
Keep track of industry trends and competitor offerings.
Identify potential growth opportunities and refine sales strategies.
1-3 years of hardcore sales experience (cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals).
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Ability to handle objections and turn rejections into opportunities.
Experience in Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM tools for sales tracking.
