Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive/Officer will be responsible for developing business opportunities related to SARFAESI and stressed asset cases from banks and financial institutions. The role involves direct interaction with bank officials, marketing of company services, attending meetings and presentations, and supporting the end-to-end coordination of assigned cases.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain professional relationships with banks, ARCs, and financial institutions.
Identify and market SARFAESI, NPA, and stressed asset accounts for recovery, possession, and related assignments.
Represent the company in bank meetings, client interactions, and official communications.
Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and reports to bank officials.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper follow-up, documentation, and execution of allotted cases.
Track and report on business leads, progress, and performance against targets.
Keep updated on sector trends, bank policies, and competitors’ activities to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure professional conduct and adherence to company policies during all external and internal interactions.
Desired Candidate Profile who will be given preference if:
Graduate in Business, Commerce, or Finance. MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
2–5 years of experience in banking, NPA recovery, SARFAESI operations, or related business development roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with senior officials and clients.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel as per business requirements.
