Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. You will play a key role in generating leads, closing sales, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
Pitch OXIFIX products/services to potential clients and explain their features and benefits.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Follow up with prospects through phone calls, emails, and meetings to close sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and post-sale support.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
