Job Role:

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Associate to drive sales and build long-term relationships with architects, designers, and project developers across India. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, pitching OSA’s offerings, and securing turnkey furniture projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients including architects, interior designers, and developers.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of B2B leads and project inquiries.

• Schedule meetings for the senior levels with architects, and builders.

• Pitch OSA Projects’ turnkey furniture solutions and demonstrate product benefits.

• Build Marketing plan for OSA Projects, handle the social media accounts

• Follow up on client interactions, proposals, and negotiations until closure.

• Attend industry events and exhibitions to network and promote OSA Projects.

• Maintain client relationships and ensure post-sale satisfaction.
