As part of this role, you will engage in sales activities targeting business-to-business (B2B) clients, utilizing your fluent English skills alongside proficiency in any additional languages. Candidates should possess a minimum of 6 months' experience in a BPO domain, demonstrating a solid understanding of customer engagement and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct sales calls and meetings with prospective B2B clients.

- Present and promote Tata premium products/services to key decision-makers.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs as set by the management.

- Provide accurate information and guidance to clients regarding product features, pricing, and service offerings.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support processes.

Requirements:

- Graduation degree from a recognized institution.

- Fluency in English and proficiency in any additional languages.

- Prior experience in a BPO environment is mandatory.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers a competitive CTC of 25000 INR with deductions for PF, ESI, and bonuses, resulting in a take-home salary of 20000 INR. The position involves a 6-day working week with 1 day off.
