Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience in sales and business growth activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong convincing skills, be confident in cold calling and email communication, and capable of nurturing client relationships. You will play a key role in generating new leads, closing deals, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads through cold calling, emailing, networking, and other outreach methods.
Convince and convert prospects into long-term clients using strong sales and communication skills.
Conduct client interactions via phone, email, and video calls to understand their requirements.
Prepare and send quotations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Follow up on leads and opportunities to ensure continuous engagement and conversion.
Maintain healthy relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with the marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies and deliver optimal client solutions.
Maintain a well-organized database of leads, prospects, and clients using CRM tools.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in cold calling, email outreach, and client presentations.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Preferred Qualities:
