Key Responsibilities:-

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective students to understand their career aspirations and challenges.

• Offer personalized career guidance and recommend suitable programs offered by NorthStar Academy.

• Build and maintain a strong understanding of our courses, services, and career pathways.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment.

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and sales activities using the CRM system.

• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and counseling skills.

Qualifications & Skills • 0-3 years of experience in sales, academic counseling, or a similar role. Any qualifications are welcome • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong consultative selling approach with empathy and professionalism. • Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing a high volume of interactions. • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to evolving business needs.
