Roles & Responsibilities :
As a Business Development Associate, you will be the face of company, guiding prospects through the evolving tech landscape.
Key responsibilities include:
Reaching out to prospective learners and guiding them through the existing tech landscape.
Following up with existing prospects to build strong relationships and open up new possibilities with company's offerings.
Adopting a customer-centric approach to qualify their career goals and identify how company can help them.
Maintaining a committed attitude to meet and exceed daily and monthly targets.
Requirements Experience:
A minimum of 1 to 2 years of work experience in EdTech sales or business development.
Experience selling courses in the upskilling, higher education, or IT solutions segment is required.
Education:
B.Tech and MBA are mandatory requirements.
Skills:
Excellent and proficient verbal and written English communication skills.
A strong passion for sales and a commitment to target achievement.
Preliminary knowledge of LSQ (Learning Success Quotient).
Proficiency in handling tech products.
Experience handling a ticket size greater than 50,000 is a significant advantage.
Compensation & Growth:
Hike: An average hike of 10-30% on your current/previous fixed salary could be provided.
An uncapped incentive plan rolled out on a monthly basis based on your performance.
