Key Responsibilities:
Identify, engage, and convert potential clients through B2B/B2C channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and admission/sales targets.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and handle client negotiations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to drive business goals.
Maintain accurate records of lead follow-ups, pipeline, and closures.
Requirements:
2+ years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales (B2B or B2C).
Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven with strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Experience in EdTech / Healthcare / IT sales (customize as needed).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
