We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Dealer Development Executive to join our growing clean energy team in Varanasi. You will play a key role in expanding our dealer and distribution network, driving Li-ion battery sales, and increasing market presence across the region. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and franchise partners in and around Varanasi.

• Build long-term relationships to enhance sales growth and market penetration.

• Train partners on product features, pricing models, and sales techniques.

• Monitor and support dealer performance to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.

• Collect and report market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer insights.

• Ensure smooth stock availability and effective use of sales support tools.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of experience in dealer/channel sales or business development.

• Experience in the battery, EV, or clean energy industry is highly preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-driven, with a willingness to travel extensively across Varanasi and nearby districts.
