In this role, you will be responsible for expanding and strengthening our dealer and distribution network, with a focus on accelerating sales of Li-ion battery solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and franchise partners.

• Build and nurture strong relationships to boost sales and market presence.

• Train partners on product knowledge, pricing, and sales techniques.

• Track and support dealer performance to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

• Provide market intelligence including competitor activities and customer feedback.

• Ensure timely availability of stock and effective use of sales enablement tools.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–4 years of experience in dealer/channel sales or business development.

• Background in the battery, EV, or clean energy industry is a strong advantage.

• Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated and open to frequent travel within the assigned territory.
