We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) with strong communication and sales skills to join our Real Estate Channel Partner team. The role involves meeting clients, conducting site visits, and driving sales in both commercial and residential projects.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings, follow-ups, and property consultations.
Conduct project presentations and coordinate site visits for residential and commercial properties.
Identify customer needs, recommend suitable property options, and close sales.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective business development.
Maintain updated knowledge of ongoing projects, pricing, payment plans, and market trends.
Support and collaborate with channel partners to maximize business opportunities.
Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills (Hindi & English preferred).
Ability to confidently conduct client meetings and property visits.
Sales-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally for business.
Minimum qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Prior experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial) or related field is an advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and sales aptitude may also apply.
