Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Sales BDE to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our IT products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored IT solutions.
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay competitive in the market.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT Sales BDE or in a similar sales role in the technology sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of IT products and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and devise effective strategies.
Bachelors degree in business, IT, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
