We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in the recruitment and staffing industry. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships to drive company growth in talent acquisition services.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Understand client hiring needs and present tailored staffing solutions.
Schedule and conduct client meetings to pitch recruitment services and close deals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (HR Heads, Hiring Managers, etc.).
Work closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure successful candidate delivery.
Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Negotiate terms of business and service level agreements.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in staffing or HR solutions.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and handle client objections professionally.
Familiarity with recruitment processes and talent acquisition is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Prior experience in the staffing/recruitment industry.
Knowledge of different industry verticals (IT, healthcare, BFSI, manufacturing, etc.).
Understanding of recruitment metrics and sourcing strategies.
