As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market data, and maintaining client relationships. Your expertise in data analytics, MS Excel (Advanced), and communication will help drive strategic growth in international markets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategy.
Use advanced MS Excel tools (PivotTables, Macros, VBA, Charts, etc.) to prepare sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards.
Analyze data to identify trends, performance gaps, and business opportunities.
Collaborate with supply chain, finance, and compliance teams to ensure smooth export operations.
Communicate with international clients, respond to inquiries, and build long-term business relationships.
Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and virtual meetings to generate leads and promote the company.
Maintain and update CRM systems with client data, leads, and follow-up details.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, IT, or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business development, preferably in pharma exports or international trade.
Strong computer skills, especially advanced Excel (formulas, dashboards, automation).
Good knowledge of data analytics tools (Power BI, Google Sheets, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and goal-oriented.
