Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify, pitch, and secure sponsorship and branded content deals across The Filmsters’ film projects, digital platforms, sports and cultural properties, and live events.
Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline with advertisers, agencies, and brands across categories (FMCG, tech, auto, lifestyle, fashion, etc.).
Effectively use Salesforce/CRM tools to manage leads, deals, and performance tracking.
Proactively conceptualize branded content opportunities in collaboration with internal creative and production teams.
Sponsorship Management
Design and create sponsorship packages for films, festivals, sports IPs, and special projects.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring clear deliverables, pricing structures, and value-driven outcomes.
Build long-lasting brand partnerships by delivering measurable ROI.
Strategic Collaboration
Partner with marketing, creative, and production teams to design customized brand integrations.
Leverage The Filmsters’ narrative-driven capabilities to execute engaging and high-impact brand stories.
Keep track of advertising trends, OTT/media monetization strategies, and branded content innovations.
Revenue & Growth
Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Build long-term sponsorship revenue streams to strengthen both Filmsters’ original IPs and client-led projects.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in branded content sales, sponsorships, partnerships, or media sales (digital, OTT, film, entertainment, or sports).
Strong network with advertisers, brand managers, and media agencies.
Proven ability to close high-value branded content and sponsorship deals.
Deep understanding of film, entertainment, sports, and digital ecosystems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
