We are looking for a Business Development Executive / Manager to join our team Maparc Associates Private Limited . This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. Key Responsibilities:
Proposal development: Create client-ready proposals, tender responses, BOQs, scope of work, and payment terms with clear assumptions and exclusions.
Presentation & demos: Build persuasive presales decks, concept boards, and material palettes aligned to brand and budget.
Requirements discovery: Lead presales meetings to capture needs, constraints, decision criteria, and success metrics; document minutes and action items.
Design-material alignment: Collaborate with architects/designers to specify finishes, systems, and alternatives; provide value engineering options.
Costing & feasibility: Coordinate internal estimates, vendor quotes, and technical validations to ensure feasibility and price competitiveness.
Vendor coordination: Source samples, technical data sheets, warranties, and compliance certificates; maintain an updated materials library.
Client engagement: Manage presales communications, resolve queries, and nurture stakeholder confidence through proactive updates.
Handover to delivery: Prepare presales-to-execution handover packs (approved proposal, drawings, materials, clarifications) for seamless start.
Market intelligence: Track trends, pricing benchmarks, competitor offerings, and new materials to strengthen presales positioning.
