The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining products or services, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers across India.

• Clearly and effectively explain products or services in Hindi, English, or regional languages.

• Generate leads and convert inquiries into appointments or sales.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or database.

• Address and resolve customer queries politely and professionally.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.

• Report customer feedback and any issues to the supervisor or manager.

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of a regional language is a plus).

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel.

• Confidence, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
