Job Title: Executive – Diagnostic Centre Tie-ups
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Executive to establish and manage tie-ups with diagnostic centres, pathology labs, and imaging centres. The role involves building partnerships, expanding the diagnostic network, and ensuring smooth onboarding of centres into our healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach diagnostic centres, labs, and imaging centres for partnerships.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with centre owners, managers, and healthcare professionals.
Negotiate rates, service terms, and partnership agreements.
Ensure proper documentation and onboarding of diagnostic centres.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and IT) to activate tie-ups smoothly.
Track performance of partner centres and resolve any operational issues.
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for tie-ups and partnerships.
Conduct field visits, meetings, and presentations to potential partners.
Provide regular reports and market insights to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree (BBA/Marketing/Healthcare/Science preferred).
1–3 years of experience in healthcare, diagnostics, medical sales, or business development.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build long-term professional relationships.
Goal-oriented with proven track record of meeting targets.
Comfortable with field visits and travel.
Basic knowledge of diagnostic/healthcare industry will be an advantage.
