Key Responsibilities:
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify potential opportunities.
Lead Generation:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including outbound calls, networking, and responding to inquiries.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, developers, architects, designers, and contractors.
Client Engagement:
Conduct meetings, present architectural solutions or product offerings, and develop proposals and quotations for prospective clients.
Sales & Negotiation:
Manage the sales process, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed revenue and sales targets.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals, expand market presence, and align with the firm's overall business objectives.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the teams to ensure alignment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:
