Job Description – Business Development Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to generate leads, acquire new clients, and drive revenue growth for our ERP solutions in the manufacturing sector. Your role will involve identifying potential customers, initiating contact through calls, emails, and maintaining strong follow-ups, and ensuring successful client onboarding. You will work closely with the technical team, who will handle product demos and implementation, while you focus on securing opportunities and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead generation through online and offline channels.
Regular follow-up with prospects to ensure conversion.
Negotiating and finalizing deals to meet or exceed targets.
Building long-term client relationships.
Coordinating with internal teams for smooth project handovers.
Requirements:
Excellent communication in English & Hindi.
Proficiency in MS Office & Excel.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and independent.
Own laptop preferred.
