Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound lead calls professionally and confidently.
• Follow up with leads regularly to convert inquiries into business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
• Understand and address client issues promptly by coordinating with internal departments.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, operations, and management teams to ensure smooth execution of franchise and business development processes.
• Maintain a detailed record of client interactions, updates, and progress.
• Be proactive in identifying new business opportunities and suggesting improvements in the process.
