Kishantha Ventures is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our business development team. This individual contributor role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with 0-2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in sales and real estate. The primary focus will be driving sales in the residential leasing sector in Bangalore while ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Acquisition and Business Development:
o Identify and connect with potential clients to understand their property rental and leasing needs.
o Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
o Execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management: o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants.
o Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
3. Sales Process Management: o Conduct property showings and presentations to potential tenants.
o Negotiate lease agreements and assist in closing deals efficiently.
o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and property management services.
Qualifications: Minimum of a high school diploma (freshers are welcome to apply).
0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Kannada and English.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Bangalore’s residential real estate market is an advantage.
