Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales team. In this role, you will focus on driving sales of Autodesk software products and services, developing new business opportunities, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Autodesk software solutions (AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor, Fusion 360, BIM 360, etc.).

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, and industry events.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients including architects, engineers, contractors, and manufacturers.

• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and solution demos.

• Collaborate with technical/pre-sales teams to deliver tailored solutions.

• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM.

• Stay updated with Autodesk product offerings, industry trends, and competitor landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development (preferably in CAD/CAM/CAE or software solutions).

• Good understanding of Autodesk products (AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor, Fusion 360, etc.) will be a strong advantage.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-driven with a passion for technology sales and business growth.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
