Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive who will handle all inquiries generated from our website, social media, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up with leads, building relationships, and converting inquiries into final sales while expanding our distributor network and onboarding new white-label clients.
Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Handle all incoming sales and business inquiries from website, social media, email, and other online channels.
⦁ Follow up promptly with potential clients and maintain a strong lead pipeline.
⦁ Convert qualified leads into distributors, white-label partners, or direct clients.
⦁ Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing and new partners.
⦁ Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
⦁ Coordinate with the internal sales, marketing, and production teams for smooth onboarding.
⦁ Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions using CRM or reporting tools.
⦁ Prepare and present business proposals or product presentations to potential clients.
⦁ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and distributor acquisition targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
⦁ 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client handling (preferably in the pharma, herbal, Ayurvedic, or nutraceutical industry).
⦁ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
⦁ Strong follow-up, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
⦁ Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
⦁ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about Ayurvedic products.
