· Act as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring client needs are understood and met efficiently.
· Coordinate with internal departments (creative, production, operations, etc.) to deliver timely project outcomes.
· Prepare briefs, timelines, status reports, and meeting notes to maintain alignment across all stakeholders.
· Assist in proposal development, budgeting, and client presentations.
· Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality deliverables that meet client expectations.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and problem-solving.
· Maintain accurate documentation of all communications, feedback, and revisions.
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
· Proven experience in client servicing or account management, in advertising, design, or branding agencies. – Not very particular, Preferable!
· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
· Experience working with creative/design/branding/advertising teams.
