Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – US Staffing (Fresher) Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our US Staffing team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build a strong career in business development and recruitment. As a BDE, you will collaborate with experienced teams to generate new business, build client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of our staffing division. Key Responsibilities
� � Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
� � Client Interaction: Assist in building relationships with potential clients and support the sales team during meetings and presentations.
� � Market Research: Analyze industry trends and understand client needs to recommend suitable staffing solutions.
� � Sales Support: Assist with proposal creation, developing sales strategies, and supporting negotiations.
� � Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to maintain smooth coordination between sales and recruitment teams.
� � Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and share regular updates with the management team. Qualifications

✔ Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
✔ Basic understanding of the US Staffing industry (added advantage, training provided)
✔ Fast learner with a proactive, positive attitude
✔ Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools or sales tracking systems (not mandatory)
• Passion for sales, client interaction, and target-driven work environments
