Profile Review
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our ICV Assessments team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and promoting certification and assessment services. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-up ability, and a target-oriented mindset.

Develop and execute sales strategies and proposals.
Negotiate and close contracts to achieve revenue targets.
Manage existing client relationships and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align sales strategies.
Client Coordination With National or Insertional
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation, closing, and lead-generation abilities.
Experience in client management and relationship building.
