Hopeberry Ventures Private Limited is a fast-growing renewable energy solutions company, specializing in solar energy projects, land aggregation, power purchase agreements (PPA), and connectivity solutions. We work closely with leading Independent Power Producers (IPPs), corporates, and stakeholders in the renewable sector to provide value-driven, sustainable, and cost-efficient energy solutions.
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (B2B) who is energetic, ambitious, and passionate about the renewable energy sector. The role involves generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and working closely with CXOs and decision-makers in the renewable space. This role requires extensive travel and excellent communication skills to represent our company effectively.
· Identify and connect with potential clients in the renewable energy sector (IPP, corporates, EPCs, developers).
· Develop business opportunities in land aggregation, connectivity, and PPA structuring.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships with CXOs and senior leadership.
· Handle client queries with maturity and professionalism.
· Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
· Track industry trends, competitors, and regulatory updates to support business growth.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
· Regular travel across regions to meet clients, assess land opportunities, and represent the company.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Energy, or related field.
· 0–2 years of experience in business development, preferably in renewables, energy, or infrastructure.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to confidently interact with CXOs and senior professionals.
· High energy, self-motivation, and willingness to travel extensively.
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
