Requirements
1. Education:- Graduation or Above Completed in any field .
2. Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in customer support software and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer interactions
3. Experience: Previous experience in customer support or a related field is often preferred.
## Responsibilities
1. Respond to Customer Inquiries: Answer customer questions and concerns via phone, email, chat, or social media.
2. Resolve Customer Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
3. Provide Product Information: Offer detailed information about products or services to customers.
4. Document Customer Interactions: Record customer interactions and feedback in a CRM system or other database.
5. Escalate Complex Issues: Escalate complex or technical issues to senior support agents or specialized teams.
6. Follow-up with Customers: Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the support provided.
7. Identify Areas for Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to improve products, services, or support processes.

Salary - 16k to 22k + Incentive
Timing - 9:30AM TO 6:30PM
