A. Identifying New Business opportunities
1.Research emerging markets and customer needs
2.Scout for potential clients and projects
3.Identify growth areas within Engineering and Consultancy sector
4.Work regularly on generating prospects along with nurturing the leads provided by the company
5.Market company’s products and services including Detailed Project Report(DPR), Techno Economic
Viability study (TEV), Lenders Independent Engineers Services (LIE) and Agency for Specialized
Monitoring services to various Lenders, Banks as well as Corporates
B. Developing Growth Strategies
1.Create and implement strategies to expand the client base
2.Devise plans to increase revenue and market presence
C. Cross Departmental Collaboration
1.Work closely with other verticals for new business opportunities
2.Team work and effective communication
