We are seeking a dedicated Sales Personnel. The job includes finding out about potential customers, reaching out to them to show them what they’re selling, giving presentations and demonstrating the products, closing deals, and checking in with customers to ensure they are satisfied. Sales executives need to keep track of their actions, including who they’ve talked to and what they’ve sold. Responsibilities • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities / Lead Generation through cold calling, CA’s Influencer’s Visit and social media • Setting up meetings with potential clients and understanding their Business Needs • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences. • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data Qualification • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Marketing, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role • Maintaining Good customer relationship • Basic Knowledge of Computer, Hardware and Tally • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques • Fast learner and passion for sales • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations • concepts • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach. • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in using CRM software, remote desktop tools, and Microsoft Office applications. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards customer satisfaction. • Certification in Tally ERP or accounting software (preferred but not required.)
