We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting Fanpay Digital’s financial and digital services.
Identify and acquire new retailers, distributors, and business partners.
Pitch Fanpay Digital’s AEPS, DMT, Recharge, Bill Payment, Travel, and other B2B services.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition.
Visit field locations to onboard and train retailers.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide product demos and ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and follow-ups using CRM tools or Excel.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding, training, and support.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in fintech, telecom, or financial services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willing to travel as required.
