• Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify prospects through direct engagement, determining their needs and matching them with suitable services.

• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting inquiries into successful sales.

• Follow-up: Consistently follow up with potential leads who have shown interest in services, keeping them engaged and pushing towards a decision.

• Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions in a timely and professional manner.

• CRM Management: Accurately update and manage customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and other teams to optimize the sales process and customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or chat sales, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
