We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive business growth through direct client visits, dealer/distributor network expansion, and OEM product promotions.
The role involves B2B field sales, OEM coordination, and lead generation from both online platforms (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.) and on-ground activities.
Visit clients, dealers, institutions, and corporate offices for product presentations and sales meetings.
Manage OEM product pricing, coordination, and tie-ups.
Generate leads through field visits, references, and online platforms.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and handle deal negotiations.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure sales closures.
Support dealers and distributors with product knowledge and training.
Coordinate with the technical/installation team for smooth project execution.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
1–3 years of experience in field/B2B sales preferred.
Knowledge of AV, IT, or OEM products is an added advantage.
Comfortable with client visits and frequent travel.
Proficient in MS Office, email communication, and online portals (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.).
