We are looking for an Associate Team Lead(ATL) with a minimum of two years' experience in B2B sales who can effectively assist the organization's sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company and must have team-handling experience.
Key Responsibilities:
● Work in a fast-paced environment to acquire new customers and drive revenue growth.
● Make calls and follow up with potential clients, aiming to convert leads into sales.
● Conduct online product demonstrations for potential clients.
● Maintain follow-ups over calls and build a robust sales pipeline.
● Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers.
● Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.
● Provide training and coaching to help team members perform well and achieve sales targets.
● Building and hiring of the sales team of Business Development Associates as per the company expansion plan.
● Ensure that company targets are met by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress. Required Experience:
● Minimum 2+ years in B2B sales.
● Experience in education sales is highly preferred.
● Previous roles: Business Development Manager, Associate Team Lead, or Senior Sales Executive
English is mandatory.
