Key Responsibilities
Lead Handling & Prospecting:
Leads will be provided in CRM with exact customer needs, Executive has to find the need and provide quotations, do follow-ups, close leads to sales.
Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies.
Relationship Management:
Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for new business inquiries.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets and KPIs.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs.
Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Market Intelligence:
Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
Provide insights to the leadership team for strategic decision-making.
Administrative & Reporting:
Accurately track all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using a CRM system .
Prepare and present regular reports on business development performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Proven track record of 2-5 years in a Business Development, Sales, or similar client-facing role, preferably in the B2B products selling sector
Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to manage complex sales cycles.
Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM software.
Goal-oriented with a competitive, "hunter" mentality.
