Job Title: Business Development Manager (Telesales)

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with strong experience in telesales . The role involves generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound telesales calls to generate leads and close deals.
Convert potential leads into sales through effective communication and persuasion.
Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and sales reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Confidence in handling telesales calls and face-to-face meetings.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and ability to work under pressure.
