Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, social platforms, networking, referrals, etc.)
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
Present products/services to prospective clients and ensure successful conversions
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business expansion
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery
Prepare and deliver Reports, Pitches, Proposals and Business Plans when required
Represent the organization at meetings, events, and conferences
Bachelor’s/MBA preferred (Specialization in Finance)
Proven experience in Business Development / Sales (6 months–2+ years)
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Confidence in approaching and connecting with potential clients
