Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with partners and clients, and helping scale our presence across regions. Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and onboard new food partners (restaurants, cloud kitchens, food entrepreneurs).
• Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth in existing and new markets.
• Build strong relationships with partners to ensure long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth partner onboarding and integration.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and partnerships using CRM tools.
• Represent Dil Foods at industry events, trade shows, and networking meets.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably in F&B, cloud kitchens, or startups).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• A genuine passion for food and a good understanding of food industry trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
