A. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and identify opportunities to expand the dealer network.
B. Provide training and support to dealers to enhance product knowledge and improve sales effectiveness.
3. BTL Activities:
A. Plan and execute Below-The-Line (BTL) activities like canopy activity, leaflet distribution, Van promotion, Mall promotion to boost secondary sales.
B. Coordinate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns.
C. Monitor and evaluate the impact of BTL activities on sales performance.
4. Retail Sales Targets:
A. Collaborate with the sales team to set realistic and achievable secondary sales targets.
B. Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
5. Reporting:
A. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, market visits, and dealer interactions.
B. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Additional Requirements:
Proven experience in automobile Sales prefer from EV Industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
