The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting the company’s digital marketing solutions (Website, SEO, Social Media, PPC, etc.), and contributing to overall revenue growth.
Identify and connect with potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
Understand client requirements, analyze their business challenges, and propose suitable marketing solutions.
Present company services (Website Design, SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC Campaigns) effectively.
Prepare proposals, conduct follow-ups, and negotiate to close deals successfully.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction throughout the onboarding process.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Creative, and Technical) to deliver the best client experience.
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Digital Marketing (preferred).
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, Social Media, PPC, Websites, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident in client interactions.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Sheets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or B2B sales environment.
