Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Specialist to join our growing interior design firm. The ideal candidate will act as the single point of contact between the client and the design team, ensuring a smooth flow of communication and project execution. You will be responsible for generating sales leads, building client relationships, conducting site visits, and coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and convert sales opportunities through in-house leads, field visits, referrals, and inquiries.

Conduct site visits and represent the company professionally to prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Understand client requirements and share insights with the design team

Coordinate effectively between the client and the design team to ensure timely delivery of services

Assist in proposal development and client presentations

Attend networking events, exhibitions, or trade shows, when required

Requirements:

1–2 years of sales experience in interior design, architecture, real estate, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle sectors

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in spoken English

Strong presentation and client-handling skills

Energetic, proactive, and customer-oriented

Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively

Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits

Self-motivated and confident personality

Bachelor's degree in Business, Interior Design, Marketing, or related field is preferred

Preferred Candidate:

Candidates with an outgoing personality and people-centric approach

Passion for design, interiors, and client engagement

Well-groomed and presentable for high-end clientele interactions
