Job Description
· Assist in reaching out to potential franchise partners via phone, email, and social media.
· Respond to franchise inquiries and explain the franchise process to interested candidates.
· Schedule and coordinate meetings between the management team and potential franchisees.
· Maintain detailed records of franchise leads and follow-ups.
· Help create and share franchise brochures, presentations, and proposal documents.
· Conduct basic research on new locations and cities for franchise opportunities.
· Conduct market research on cities and states for potential franchise locations.
· Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, operations) during the franchise onboarding process.
· Support day-to-day tasks related to franchise expansion planning.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Basic understanding of business development or franchising is a plus (training will be provided).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
Comfortable with occasional travel (if required).
